Dear Internet visitors, I was born in Leipzig in 1959. After passing my Abitur (equivalent to A levels), and thus qualifying for university, I studied medicine and completed my specialised medical training in Hamburg. In addition to that, I have acquired a number of further qualifications: Specialised medical training in neurology and psychiatry over a period of seven years at Ochsenzoll General Hospital and St. Georg General Hospital in Hamburg.

Training course in psychotherapy founded in depth psychology at Eppendorf University Clinic, Hamburg.

Training course in physiatrics at Hamburg Medical Council.

Training course in neurolinguistic programming over a period of three years at the Besser-Siegmund-Institut in Hamburg; gained the Master certificate.

Summer 2004, Level 1 examination "Energetic Therapy according to Gallo"
Hamburg Medical Council further training certificate.

I have trained in traditional Chinese medicine at the International Society for Traditional Chinese Medicine (SMS) since 1991. I took the final examination in 1997 and attended further courses of ongoing training at the Schleswig-Holstein and Westfalen-Lippe Medical Councils before gaining a final certificate in acupuncture.

Study visit to China for traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture.

Studied Chinese herbal doctrine at the International Society for Traditional Chinese Medicine (SMS).

Studied Chinese dietetics at various medical councils and institutes throughout Germany.

Lengthy study visit to Professor Spierings in Boston for training in the treatment of headaches.

Additional qualification in "Traffic-related medical reports" at the Schleswig-Holstein Medical Council in 2000.

Training course in nutritional medicine, passing the examination at the Schleswig-Holstein Medical Council in 2001.
